The Blue Bus Blues Story
This song is about leaving belongings on a bus and trying to get them back. The belongings
include a brown teddy bear, a banana and a black bag. Set to rhythm and blues music, children have fun pretending to be surprised discovering they have left their belongings on a bus!
Dramatize The Picture
Ask children to mime actions:
- Create an imaginary bus (with or without chairs).
- Children pretend to board the bus with a teddy bear, bag and bananas for a school bus trip (using ‘best bus manners’).
- Pretend to forget something on the bus like your teddy bear!
- Dramatize what you do to when you loose your belongings back.
- ‘upset’,

- ‘loosing’,

- ‘happy’.
- Sway to the music.
